My name is Laurent, and I’m the founder of Xplor Academy – "The Curiosity Lab". After fifteen years in the chemical industry in Paris and five years as a Branch Manager in Mexico, I took a bold new direction when I moved to Norway. Driven by a lifelong passion for world maps, history, cooking, science, and playful learning, I built Xplor Games from the ground up. Today, I lead interactive workshops designed to spark curiosity through hands-on, engaging education. Studies show that curiosity — which peaks in children under the age of 5 — tends to decline with age, especially after late adolescence. That’s why it’s so important to nurture it through play and a sense of wonderness.
