At Xplor Academy, we blend innovative games with hands-on cooking to create unforgettable experiences—whether it’s a birthday party, a pirate adventure, a special event, or a team-building session. With my background in chemistry, we’ll dive into the fascinating world of molecular gastronomy—exploring emulsions, gellification, density, and more. Prefer the sweet side of things? Then join us in the delicious world of chocolate! Together, we’ll master the art of tempering like the pros and create treats that look as good as they taste.

- For whom? Perfect for up to 12 participants, ages 6 and up.
